Δικαίωμα υπαναχώρησης. Ο καταναλωτής έχει δικαίωμα να υπαναχωρήσει αναιτιολογήτως εντός δεκατεσσάρων (14) ημερολογιακών ημερών, αν δεν συμφωνήθηκε μεγαλύτερη προθεσμία, επιστρέφοντας το αγαθό στην αρχική του κατάσταση, χωρίς να επιβαρύνεται με οποιαδήποτε δαπάνη,εκτος τα εξοδα αποστολης. Σε περίπτωση άσκησης του δικαιώματος υπαναχώρησης από τον καταναλωτή ο προμηθευτής υποχρεούται να επιστρέψει τα ποσά που του κατέβαλε ο καταναλωτής εντός τριάντα (30) ημερολογιακών ημερών.Η άσκηση του δικαιώματος υπαναχώρησης από τον καταναλωτή είναι δυνατή εφόσον : ● Αφορά σε προϊόν για το οποίο ΔΕΝ έχει προηγηθεί εξατομικευμένη παραγγελία, όπως βέρες, ή μετατροπές ή προϊόν που δεν υπάρχει στον κατάλογο μας. ● Συμπληρώσει και αποστείλει το σχετικό έντυπο υπαναχώρησης που του χορηγείται κατά την πραγματοποίηση της παραγγελίας. ● Το προϊόν δεν έχει φορεθεί ή χρησιμοποιηθεί πέραν της δοκιμής, δεν έχουν αφαιρεθεί κομμάτια από το μπρασελέ των ρολογιών και δεν έχουν γίνει τροποποιήσεις στα κοσμήματα. ● Δεν έχουν αφαιρεθεί ή καταστραφεί με οποιονδήποτε τρόπο τα καρτελάκια του καταστήματος της “ “ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑΣ” και οι ετικέτες του προϊόντος.● Επιστραφούν όλα τα συνοδευτικά έγγραφα του προϊόντος, όπως η εγγύηση, οι οδηγίες χρήσεις, και η απόδειξη αγοράς. ● Το προϊόν αποσταλεί στη συσκευασία στην οποία παρελήφθη.● Αποσταλεί μήνυμα ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου στη διεύθυνση [email protected] με ένδειξη επιστροφή και αναφορά του κωδικού παραγγελίας. Σε περίπτωση εμπρόθεσμης ακύρωσης της παραγγελίας τα χρήματα θα επιστρέφονται ανάλογα με τον τρόπο που ολοκληρώθηκε η συναλλαγή και πραγματοποιήθηκε η πληρωμή.
